Delivery Info
Yes! We do offer same-day flower delivery within Auckland when you order with us. Delivery to most Auckland locations is $16, with rural areas costing a little more - the delivery fee will be calculated upon checkout.
If received by the cut-off time, our guaranteed delivery times are:
- Work addresses - by 6pm the day before delivery required.. If the delivery address is within close proximity to us please check and we can probably deliver
- School addresses - by 6pm the day before delivery is required
- Residential and hospital addresses - by 11am on the day delivery is required
- Outer area addresses - late PM delivery (no guaranteed times)
- For Saturday deliveries, our courier comes at 10.30am - orders need to be in by 6pm Friday to guarantee delivery.
- Sunday - Local deliveries only (within 3km of our shop). Please call to check.
If you have any queries or a special request to accommodate, please contact us and we can confirm what's possible. We try very hard to deliver the best possible service. No order is too big or too small or too difficult!
Floral couriers only visit the address once. If no one is home; your gift will be left at the front door, or in a safe place at the address (unless otherwise specified). They do not phone or text prior to calling & do not require a signature to accept.
